![]() ![]() Veganpete, I found this page '' where a few special variables are commented in CopperCube's official documentation relative to the "Actions".īut it is quite possible that Just_in_case could provide more information about your request. Guessing it'll be "Player.movementspeed"? Is there a list of all the special variables anywhere please? I can't find them in the doc's. This entire concept can be further improved with more advanced scripting if desired. you have to put a HASHTAG before Camera1.movementspeed or whatever the name of your camera is because this forum doesn't allow HASHTAGS to be shown for some reason. 'when key is pressed down' -> 'set variable' : Camera1.movementspeed to run speed, 'when key left up' 'set variable' Camera1.movementspeed to walk speed. So, which special variable are you talking about? In the mean time, I'll go back and look through the docs. It would be nice if it were a standard part of the FPS Camera, me thinks. I figured it could be added since a lot of things could be added via JS, etc. ![]() This can already be done easily using the special variable that coppercube provides in the documentation. It would be great to have this easily available in the editor. Just_in_case, Thanks! I've added a feature request. Is this available without scripting in CopperCube? In many games, you can use SHIFT to either move more quickly or slowly. Does the FPS Camera have an option to set for walk and run speeds? I only saw one speed.
